Work We PerformWe specialize in remodeling, large custom homes, system replacements, indoor air quality, multi-family residential, commercial, and design build HVAC projects. SR Mechanical has an on site 6,000 sq ft custom sheet metal shop, an in house mechanical engineer, and the ability to create C.A.D. drawings of our mechanical systems.

Company HistorySkoglund-Rouse (SR) Mechanical, formerly a part of Rouse Mechanical, was founded in 1974 by Jim Rouse Sr. In 2005 Carrier corporation bought the commercial service department and the name Rouse Mechanical. Owner Ben Skoglund has worked for the company since the early 1990's and his father was a part of the company for nearly 40 years.
