We specialize in remodeling, large custom homes, system replacements, indoor air quality, multi-family residential, commercial, and design build HVAC projects. We have a 6,000 sq ft custom sheet metal shop, and in house mechanical engineer, and the ability to do C.A.D. drawings of our mechanical systems. 

Company History

Skoglund-Rouse Mechanical, formerly a part of Rouse Mechanical, was founded in 1974 by Jim Rouse Sr. In 2005 Carrier corporation bought our commercial service department and the name Rouse Mechanical. Owner Ben Skoglund has worked for the company since the early 1990's and his father was a part of the company for nearly 40 years. The other owner Davis Rouse, has been around the company his entire life and is the third generation to work for the company, following in his grandfather's footsteps.
